Mission

The mission of the NOCP was as follows

"The National Organization for College Placement is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged youths with the means of attaining and achieving their goals in higher education. In pursuit of this mission, we focus on helping students in choosing the right college or university for their needs, teaching them effective college entrance strategies, and providing them with one-on-one counseling to start planning early for post secondary education."
